В рамках проекту було розроблено єдину електронну систему, створено реєстр обліку архівних документів та веб-сайт (http://78.152.169.44). Наразі відбувається наповнення баз даних волонтерами проекту. Було закуплено 2 робочих місця та сервер «Userful Desкtop» станція, яка дозволяє створити від 2 до 10 робочих місць, використовуючи лише один системний блок та відповідну кількість моніторів та клавіатур. Центр Стратегічних Ініціатив активно намагається залучати волонтерів до наповнення баз даних. Це – учнівська і студентська молодь, пенсіонери, члени громадських організацій міста Хмельницького. Якщо Ви маєте час та бажання, Ви також можете долучитися до наповнення баз даних, що стосуються примусової праці подолян в роки ВВВ у фашистській Німеччині. В такий спосіб ми сприятимемо кращому збереженню історичного минулого подільського краю, розширимо можливості пошуку історичних документів через Інтернет та сприятимемо популяризації інформації щодо наших земляків остарбайтерів.

“Practical Assistance for the City” Project
In March 2005, the Khmelnistky NGO “Center for Strategic Initiatives” began the “Practical Assistance for the City” Project. The main purpose of this project is to create a permanent mechanism for cooperation among the government, businesses, NGOs, the media, and the community directed toward resolving minor problems in the city. read more |

“Electronic Tenders” – this is a joint project of the Center for Strategic Initiatives, the Podillya Pershyi Association, and the Khmelnitsky Oblast Department of Economics.
A web-site about the project is available. It contains all announcements of state contracts of goods, labor, and services in Ukraine, as well as informational and analytical materials. The Center for Strategic Initiatives provides consultations concerning state contracts for both government agencies and commercial companies.
